About Us
We live on a farm in Taupo in the North Island of New Zealand. We have six Leonbergers, and two very tolerant cats.
We got our first Leonberger in 2001. Leonbergers quickly became a passion and our numbers grew. There were very few Leonbergers in New Zealand at that time and most were related to each other so we decided to import. Since 2002 we have imported five Leonbergers. Zoroya & Mackenzie from Sweden, Xena & Jynx from England and Darwin from Australia. We have also imported frozen semen from England.
All of our dogs are a much loved part of our family. We do not breed often and when we do we aim to breed for quality rather than quantity with a view to furthering and improving our own breeding lines. Our aim is to breed dogs with excellent temperament and health that are true to the breed standard.
